Does anybody remember watching the video, "Who Moved My Cheese?" That video was meant to mentally prepare us for some of the transitions that AGU was about to embark upon. I don't think that the change at AGU was like moving from Point A to Point B, but rather the evolving development of an organic life. It may be marked in milestones, but we, as supervisors, are playing a major role in this development.
